Our teachers care about you and your individual goals and aspirations. At Yoga Loka, you will get one-on-one attention, assists and adjustments, and an opportunity to create a practice that strengthens and sustains you – all because our teachers and you will work together closely.
Kally O’Mally began her Bikram practice here at Yoga Loka in January of 2000 and started teaching in 2004. “Bikram Yoga is a powerful tool for keeping the physical, mental and spiritual bodies in optimal health. A strong practice is like a coat of armor that helps you achieve resilience and well-being, despite the challenges that life can present. The 26 poses are a recipe for maintaining a well tuned body and mind. I encourage students to be consistent in their practice, to embrace the structure of the class and leave the stress of life on the mat. To have a consistent Bikram practice is to be in a state of constant renewal.”
